SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS
RETURNS FOR DAMAGE
All orders must be inspected upon receipt of delivery. Timeless Treasures Shop (TTS) must be
notified within seventy-two (72) hours regarding any discrepancies or damages. TTS makes
every commercially reasonable effort to help ensure that orders arrive in good condition. ALL
CLAIMS BASED ON DAMAGE INCURRED PRIOR TO CUSTOMERS’ RECEIPT MUST
BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. Save all damaged cartons
until your claims are settled. Claim settlement may involve claimant’s compliance with
reasonable requests made by TTS such as, but not limited to, emailing of photographs to TTS or
returning the damaged merchandise IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to TTS at TTS’s
expense. Returns of merchandise must be authorized by TTS and shipped within three (3) days
of authorization. Claimants must cooperate with TTS and any insurance company or carrier as
reasonably requested by TTS in processing claims.
RETURNS FOR REASONS OTHER THAN DAMAGE
Please note that returns of a product that are not based on damage caused prior to receipt may
only be made with the authorization of Timeless Treasures Shop (TTS) and at TTS’s discretion.
When returning products for a reason other than damage caused prior to receipt, please
remember Timeless Treasures Shop’s terms and conditions which include, but are not limited to:
A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee on all accepted and approved return merchandise.
Items must be returned in unblemished, original packaging and in new, saleable condition.
Determination of acceptable product lies solely with Timeless Treasures Shop.
The final value of any returned merchandise must be communicated in writing by Timeless
You will receive a credit within ten days equal to your purchase price for all acceptable items,
less any discounts and restocking fees, on your next order.
You must pay to ship the returning merchandise to our Boulder City, NV warehouse.
The items must be shipped within three (3) days of receiving authorization from TTS allowing
for the return.
The RA form must be included in the shipment with the returned merchandise.
Custom/exclusive orders may not be returned.
Products in all of our collections are handcrafted by artisans. Small irregularities in shape,
surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.
